A group of MPs used their popularity on Twitter to get the message out about the British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) latest campaign.
Thousands of people have already taken part in Rock Up In Red to mark February as National Heart Month.
Last week, scores of MPs were involved in the first ever BHF tweet-off to.
Forty nine MPs came to the Houses of Parliament to take a picture of themselves ‘Rocking Up In Red’.
The politicians were then encouraged to Tweet their picture, asking their followers to ReTweet.
Andrew Jones, Harrogate and Knaresborough MP, was crowned Tweet-off winner with 56 ReTweets.
Luciana Berger MP was a close second with 51 ReTweets, while Andrew Gwynne MP took bronze with 30 ReTweets.
Mr Jones, who tweets as @AndrewJonesMP, said on Twitter:
“Thanks to all who RT'ed - more RTs than any MP. I've won @TheBHF tweet off. Let's give heart disease the boot.#rockupinred.”
